As the HR Project & Change Lead, you will lead the Campos Human Resource Information System integration (HRIS) project to SuccessFactors. This will include initiation, management, and successful delivery of the project activities and outcomes with a focus on change management and communication. This is a new fixed term role for the duration of 7 months working Monday to Friday based at both Campos head office in Banksmeadow and at JDE head office in North Sydney

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the project lifecycle from planning, execution, escalation, and user acceptance testing.

• Maintaining and monitoring project activities and timelines, facilitating regular WIPs and project meetings with stakeholders.

• Implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to educate and involve them throughout the change process.

• Developing a change management and communication plan to facilitate a smooth transition to the new HRIS software.

• You have demonstrated project management experience.

• You have successfully delivered on a transformation project.

• You have well developed stakeholder engagement and management skills.

• You have a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to work across multiple levels to identify business requirements.

• Experience working with an HRIS software, such as SuccessFactors, will be highly regarded.
