Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company located in Macquarie Park is seeking a Receptionist to join their dynamic team.

This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and development within the organization.


Responsibilities:
As the Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our workplace.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Warmly greeting and checking in clients and guests.
  • Organizing security passes for both staff and visitors.
  • Answering and directing all incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Providing excellent support and assistance to internal clients.
  • Accepting and efficiently organizing deliveries.
  • Coordinating logistics for client and staff events.
  • Maintaining the tidiness and organization of the reception and its surrounding area.

Criteria:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Ability to interact with executives and senior management discreetly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent time management skills, allowing you to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • A deep commitment to providing outstanding customer service to all guests and clients.
  • A wellpresented team player with a positive and proactive "can do" attitude.
