Vikings Sports Club is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Venue Supervisor to work with the General Manager to deliver the Club's strategy and provide exceptional experiences for Members.

This is a great opportunity to come and join the team at Vikings Sports Club as we look to bring on board a new Venue Supervisor.

We recently refurbished the Club interior and redesigned the gaming area. There is plenty more in the pipeline for this Club with a bright future ahead.

This is your opportunity to work alongside an experienced and well-rounded team who excel at Customer Service and constantly evolve the Club.

So, are you up for the challenge?

Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to professionally supervise, train and direct staff.
  • Overseeing implementation of RSA and RCG practices.
  • Customer service and handling of enquires and/or escalations.
  • Enforcing and advocation of policies and procedures.
  • Being a positive teamfocused individual who leads by example and is hands on.

The successful applicant will need:

  • A friendly and engaging personality.
  • Current NSW RSA, RCG and TAB qualifications (or the ability to acquire these).
  • A positive and motivated attitude to effectively lead a team by example.
  • The ability to work under pressure effectively throughout busy trading hours as a team member & autonomously.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts where weekends, late nights and public holidays from part of your roster.
  • Broad knowledge of all club operations including F&B functions (bistro, barista, organising functions), Gaming, Keno and TAB.
