romotions Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by utilizing your commercial skills, category insights, analytical and financial expertise to develop and execute promotional strategies. Your insights and abilities will enable you to optimize promotional activities, improve forecast accuracy and increase revenue for the business.

National Business Manager, you will collaborate closely with each of the customer leads across our National Account team to design and implement effective promotional plans that are supported by highly accurate demand forecasts. Your contributions will be essential to achieving our strategic business objectives and maintaining strong relationships with our retail trade partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Support National Account Managers by owning the promotional plans and trade spend for National Retail Accounts. Analyze financial and category insights to optimize trade spend.
  • Own the implementation of the promotional program and track its performance. Liaise with customer buying team members and agree on promotional/activation programs.
  • Simplify the demand forecast process, by using historical data, market trends, and customer insights to develop and maintain highly accurate demand forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure that the demand forecast aligns with the overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the forecast accuracy and make necessary adjustments to improve its reliability.
  • Manage the financial performance of Category Net Sales & profit contribution within trade spend.
  • Own pricing realization/cost increase submissions and implementation in the market as part of customer plans.
  • Support National Account Managers in the development of categoryspecific customer plans.
  • Analyze customer performance and forecasting (e.g., NSV, gross margin, ROI, trade spend, profitability) utilizing an expert understanding of profit/loss drivers.
  • Review weekly scan reporting from customer portals to report on weekly sales performance.
  • Leverage trading terms and promotional plans to deliver optimum business outcomes.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally across the organization to ensure aligned plans that deliver against our business goals.
Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a leading FMCG company, preferably in the beverage industry and ideally, Spirits.
  • Proven ability to build strong and constructive relationships with key stakeholders customers, crossfunctional peers, and senior leaders.


Tertiary qualified
  • Business or equivalent.
  • Experience in P&L and budget management, with a strong focus on datadriven decision making.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record in using data to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Demonstrated track record in understanding strategy, translating it into commercial programs and driving excellence in execution, with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Experience in launching innovation and marketing initiatives in a commercial/customer environment, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills, with a focus on achieving revenue growth targets and maximizing profitability.
