The Role

We are seeking team players with a positive attitude to join us. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will contribute to enhancing the guest experience from check-in to check-out. Adaptability, composure, and organizational skills are crucial for this role. Proficiency in administration and computer skills is also required.

Duties & Responsibilities

This position involves a mix of front office reception, property management, and customer service. You will have the opportunity to develop new skills in a supportive environment. As the Front Office Receptionist, your tasks will include:

  • Operating the front desk reception on a daily basis
  • Assisting residents and visitors efficiently and professionally
  • Providing customer service in the accommodation sector
  • Preferred experience in a University setting
  • Prior knowledge of RMS software is advantageous
  • Demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds

Our essential requirements include:

  • Valid Working Rights in Australia and New Zealand
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
