The Opportunity

A brilliant opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with the People & Performance team and the broader Asia Pacific business to provide end to end recruitment support to all areas of the business.


Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term contract role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage the endtoend recruitment lifecycle
  • Proactively source talent across platforms including Seek & LinkedIn to build talent pools for critical roles
  • Build strong credible relationships within the People Team, hiring managers and wider business to understand their needs and advise on recruitment.
  • Support the development and implementation of a broad range of HR and recruitment projects such as graduate recruitment program and international recruitment.
  • Manage all administration through job adder and the dashboard for reporting & compliance purposes

About you

  • 2+ years agency, resourcer or inhouse recruitment experience
  • Previous experience in talent attraction and building talent pools to facilitate rapid and effective recruitment
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, in a fastpaced environment and juggle multiple tasks
