Senior Talent Sourcing Consultant - APJ - 12-Month Contract

We are looking for a skilled Talent Sourcing Consultant to assist our Talent Acquisition team in APJ. You will devise and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for crucial roles, utilizing advanced techniques like Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and social recruiting to identify and engage potential candidates.

You will connect with passive candidates through personalized outreach via email, phone, messaging platforms, and social media to establish and maintain a strong talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future positions. Additionally, you will advocate for diversity and inclusion within our candidate networks.

You will collaborate with the team and hiring managers to grasp role requirements, integrating yourself into the process to provide regular sourcing progress updates and share insights gathered from your outreach efforts.

You should be knowledgeable about the latest sourcing tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), CRM platforms, and AI-driven tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter & HireEZ. Proficiency in utilizing data to monitor sourcing metrics, gauge success, and refine strategies is essential.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful talent acquisition sourcing experience, demonstrating an ability to identify and recruit top candidates for critical roles in both tech and non-tech sectors.
  • You must have excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage efficiently with teams across various time zones.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to evolving business priorities, and managing multiple search assignments with flexibility.
