About the Role


Make a difference to the lives of people with Autism by joining our People & Culture team as an HR Administrator.

Our Administrator provides support to our HR team through a variety of activities such as recruitment, managing compliance, maintaining databases and responding to general queries.

This is a great opportunity to gain exposure and experience in an HR environment, working in a knowledge-sharing and collaborative environment where your strong organisational and interpersonal skills will set you up for success.


This role is also responsible for:

  • Providing advice and support to internal departments
  • Maintaining relevant databases and HR Information Systems
  • Assisting with employee lifecycle activities
  • Assisting with process improvement tasks and projects

About You


To succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised administrator with the ability to communicate with employees and managers.

You will have a proactive approach, customer focused attitude and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Good attention to detail
  • Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills
Experience using an HR Information System and working in a compliance focussed environment is highly desirable.
