ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of Marketing.


This role is primarily responsible for analysis & reporting of Digital KPIs, delivering insights that unlock opportunities to drive overall business performance.

A critical secondary function is to plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day running of the B2B eCommerce site.


Reports to:
Head of E-Commerce


WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR Provision of eComm Sales analysis and broader market trends to identify opportunities to improve business performance and web analytics reporting to measure digital KPIs and identify (performance, reach, ROI).

Support the eCommerce Innovation Planning process by providing Root Cause Analysis for Lean Business Cases. Facilitating best practice reporting on Web Analytics and knowledge sharing with team Ownership and optimization of the impacts to the customer schedules due to public holidays Take ownership of personal development, including reviewing own progress against deadlines and targets, and the timely and accurate completion of Perform documents

CRUCIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE At least 1 -2 years' experience in an analytical role in FMCG preferred Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce or Business qualification desirable
Salesforce skills with a good understanding of data management, data modelling
Google Analytics expertise
Strong organizational & time management skills
Self-starters who can work effectively individually and with team members toward project objectives

REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS
BAT offers competitive remuneration package, for this position starting salary is around 73,000 per plus 13% superannuation. BAT also has a suite of competitive benefits including mobile phone allowance, health and wellness allowances and additional leave.
