Lead Digital Analyst - Adobe Analytics & SQL

The Role

As a Lead Digital Analyst you part of a team that are responsible for shaping the digital analytics and measurement strategy aimed at optimising shopping experience across in-store and online stores.

Working with a passionate Chapter Lead and a broader Digital Analytics team, you will be an independent problem solver. You will manipulate large data sets to provide strategic and business focused insights and lead development and maintenance of robust data models to support optimisation and business intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver proactive data insights and act as the single source of truth for all digital product related initiatives.
  • Partner with cross functional teams like - strategy, product, content and marketing teams to deliver insights to optimise the Web and App Digital Experience.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of robust data models to support optimisation and business intelligence initiatives.
  • To ensure data collection is robust through ongoing tagging to ensure accurate data is available and liaise with the data implementation team to resolve any issues.
  • Be an advocate of analytics and work with other teams to ensure they keep analytics in mind when developing new features.
  • Provide thought leadership to other analysts in the team on digital measurement and analytics techniques.

About You

  • At least 4+ years Digital Insights or Analytics experience with a strong data driven background.
  • Must be highly proficient in SQL (BigQuery) and working knowledge of Adobe Clickstream data
  • Must have - sound knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products, in particular Adobe Analytics.
  • Ideally experienced in advanced analytics by utilising knowledge of statistical analyses using R/Python.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills are essential for stakeholder engagement responsibilities.
  • Ability to work as a self-starter on individual projects as well as being part of the team to contribute to team success
  • Experience of working in cross functional teams within an agile delivery framework
