Perform the following administrative tasks on behalf of the Company, while upholding the Code of Conduct and Business Principles. Operate within the region's Operations Team Charter to foster a culture of Accountability and team cohesion, delivering exceptional customer service.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Pick, pack, check, and receive all stock, including loan sets.
  • Process loan set/kit returns, ensuring they are intact and ready for re-issue promptly.
  • Conduct quality inspection of returned material/equipment, updating their status accurately in SAP/ My Mediset.
  • Assist with inventory stock rotation and the removal of expired items.
  • Supervise products by batch/lot and serial numbers, ensuring proper tagging.
  • Identify booking discrepancies and implement Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) measures to mitigate risks.
  • Handle domestic and international shipping duties, communicating delivery details to relevant departments.
  • Track loan sets for quick turnaround, facilitating availability of stock for the VIC Operations team.
  • Support customer service team inquiries, ensuring accurate processing of bookings.
  • Manage warehouse operations daily to meet surgery dates and key metrics.
  • Perform general warehouse tasks as directed by the Regional Operations Manager.
  • Maintain the ISO 9001:2015 / ISO13485 environment and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

What are the key requirements for success?

  • Certificate in warehousing and distribution.
  • Proven logistics or distribution experience.
  • Experience in loan set operations and handling contaminated materials.
  • Familiarity with the medical device industry and Hospital CSSD processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP/Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) processes.
