Job Summary:

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Loan Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring all loan transactions are processed in accordance with market practice, agreements, and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Processing: Process all loan transactions in accordance with market practice, agreements, and internal requirements.
  • Agent Bank Processing: Process all transactions in the role of Agent bank in accordance with market practice, agreements, and internal requirements.
  • Staff Management: Communicate and manage staff to ensure all transactions are accurately completed within set requirements.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to team members for loan transactions when required.
  • Business Growth: Initiate, develop, implement, and evaluate strategies, processes, and practices that will support the growth of the business.
  • Operational Strategy: In conjunction with the Department Head, you will be a part of building the strategy for the operations team as a whole and in supporting the front and middle office of the bank in delivering their goals.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications preferred but not essential.
  • Loan Processing Experience: Solid knowledge and skills in loan processing for corporate customers with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with customers, other participant banks, and Agent banks.
  • Numerical Reasoning: Strong numerical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Staff Management: Proven track record in staff management.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literate in MS Office Suite, especially in MS Excel.
  • Payment Systems: Solid experience in payment systems, especially SWIFT.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: High accuracy and attention to detail.
