About the Role:

The role is part of the Technical Development team, a key enabler in unlocking value for Customer Operations and our Customers.

The successful candidate will be undertaking activities and projects that will be aligned to the high level equipment, technical service and brand/commercial objectives for both short and long term goals.

You will take accountability for supporting the Technical and Equipment Operations teams in delivering high quality equipment returns processing through the Service Centre, best in class training when required and ongoing support for driving the continuous improvement agenda on existing and new solutions.

The role also involves working closely with partner suppliers to ensure any field related equipment issues are tracked and managed through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:1.

Focus on continuous improvement opportunities - provide efficiency solutions2.
Support the delivery of training for new starters and Contact Centre teams aligned to high level training plan3.
Supporting team health and safety accountability and responsibilities for Customer Operations4.
Working with key stakeholders both internally & externally5.
Equipment and product testing on new/existing equipment6.
Sign off new equipment/remanufacture specifications with suppliers7.
Support the set up of customer pitches/events and equipment field trials/ongoing monitoring8.
Review performance of new and existing equipment in market through feedback forms Knowledge, Skills &
Experience Required:1.
Experience within a product development or engineering function preferred2.
Experience of an engineering function where balancing performance, cost and delivery are key3.
Experience in practical coaching/training groups4.
Experience of delivering new ways of working, innovation and continual improvements5.
Ability to review data and extract key issues/trends to formulate action plans6.
Demonstrable experience of successful project management, managing multiple projects of varying scale to budget and to deadline7.
A proven track record of the ability to manage and co-develop a wide range of solutions with suppliers8.
Ability to understand complex issues, simplify them and provide clear instructions/solutions9.
