We are currently seeking an
Audience and Revenue Optimisation Manager to play a crucial role in driving our growth and maximising audience monetisation opportunities.

This is a brand-new role and you will be at the forefront of analysing audience data, developing revenue optimisation strategies, and collaborating with key stakeholders to implement them effectively.

You will be based in our "Media City" head-office in Eveleigh.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast audience viewership enabling accurate revenue projections.
  • Utilise audience predictions to analyse and evaluate the revenue potential of various programming and content offerings, identifying opportunities for maximising monetisation.
  • Work closely with the advertising sales team to identify and secure advertising opportunities aligned with the network's audience and content.
  • Continuously analyse revenue performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to increase monetization across platforms.
  • Assess and adopt where appropriate new revenue optimisation methodologies, technologies, and best practices to enhance the network's revenue generation capabilities.
  • Build and lead a team over time.

You should have:

  • Relevant industry experience and a passion for television, including understanding emerging trends and platforms.
  • Proven experience in audience analysis, revenue optimisation, or related roles.
  • Strong and inspirational leadership experience
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
