Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receive and handle calls from a diverse customer base
  • Create a memorable experience for our clients and their customers
  • Assist customers and corporate clients with specific enquiries
  • Provide a high level of personalised customer service
  • Manage client relationships and correspondence
  • Work varying programs and Client portal's at any one time
  • Complete submission of client reports and quotations
  • Issue residential and commercial building contracts to customers, including processing and review of returned signed contracts

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Strong customer experience background
  • Prior experience in an office based role
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and achieve KPI's
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond to deliver high quality customer service
  • Background in a call centre environment advantageous, however not essential
  • Previous experience in the insurance or construction industry advantageous, however not essential
