Exciting hands-on management roles that require someone to provide local leadership, managing the successful implementation of our client's early intervention program.


This program focuses on early education and the participation, attendance, and retention of young people in education and provides early intervention, child-centered, family-focused, intensive case management approach to support the well-being and improve educational outcomes for vulnerable children.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading the site teams to ensure a consistent, coherent, and evidencebased practice approach
  • Guide and support team members in the delivery of quality intensive case management program.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders including relevant government services, service providers, and partner schools.
  • Facilitate highlevel local strategic community relationships and partnerships to positively influence program delivery and service user outcomes.
  • Monitor quality and fidelity of program delivery with a focus on evidence and outcomes
  • Contribute to ongoing evaluation and analysis of data and service user feedback to inform program adaptation and improvement.
  • Ensure that Child Safe Principles and inclusive practice are embedded
  • Participate within with governance Advisory Group/s as required.

About you:

  • Tertiary qualification in a Social Service/Community Development related discipline
  • A minimum 5years' experience in Casework with young people and families.
  • Demonstrated experience in staff leadership and supervision preferably in a case management context.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the issues faced by and pathways available for vulnerable families.
  • Demonstrated competency in working with community members, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, and CALD communities and organisations.
  • Ability to take a traumainformed, strengthsbased, wholeoffamily approach to practice.
  • Highlevel program planning, implementation, reporting, and data management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for different audiences.
  • Problemsolving and analytical capability and ability to manage complex projects.

Salary
- $100-$110k + super + salary packaging


For roles that fall under Health Orders, to be eligible applicants will either need to provide proof of Vaccination or a Medical exemption.
