Role:
General ManagerType: PermanentSalary: $165,000 + Super + Bonus potential + Company vehicleLocation: Western Sydney
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations as required such as the stock levels, pricing, sales, distribution of productsDirecting sales, marketing strategies/plans and customer service standardsCreating and implementing growth strategiesSetting key performance goalsReporting key income forecasts and results to senior executivesReview financial statements, sales, or other performance data to monitor budget goalsHiring key personnel and overseeing training programsOverseeing key account customer projects and service standards
Key Requirements:
Senior management experience with full P&L responsibilityExcellent commercial acumen and strategic thinkingLeadership and people management experienceStrong operational backgroundPrevious proven ability in growing a business unit/businessOutstanding interpersonal skillsProven track record on developing and implementing process and changeStrong time management and ability to prioritise tasksRole will include some domestic and international travelIdeally someone with a family entertainment or hospitality background
This role would suit someone that is currently a senior manager (operations, finance, marketing etc.) who is looking to take the next step in their careers.
