About the role
We have an opportunity for an
Inclusion & Diversity Officer to be part of our Inclusion & Diversity People & Capability Command.
The Inclusion & Diversity Officer is responsible undertaking research and data analysis to inform the development of the NSWPF Inclusion & Diversity Strategy and enabling plans for the attraction, development and retention of a diverse workforce.
The role is also responsible for supporting the implementation of initiatives and deliverables that result from the Inclusion & Diversity Strategy and enabling plans.
The Manager, Inclusion & Diversity is responsible for the development and implementation of the NSWPF Inclusion & Diversity Strategy.This role is responsible for leading the implementation of respective diversity portfolio enabling plans which will drive the attraction, development and retention of a diverse workforce and inclusive culture.
A key focus for this role will be to ensure culture and corporate strategies complement each other to maximise the implementation and ongoing success of the Inclusion & Diversity Strategy.
The position is located in our newly refurbished office in Parramatta, a short walk away from Parramatta train station. The office is conveniently located near cafés and restaurants in a vibrant area of ParramattaWhat we can offer you
