We are a leading supplier to the carwash industry, surface treatment & specialty coating, and food & beverage markets, offering a comprehensive range of products, technical support, industry training, equipment solutions and innovation that empowers our customers to be successful.

The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is a fundamental part of the Business Services Team and is a fantastic opportunity for a high-energy, professional, attention to detail person to join the team

Duties include:

  • Managing the inventory requirements for allocated suppliers
  • Prepare, place, and follow up all orders
  • Coordinate and track shipments by air or sea freight as well as local supplier purchases
  • Maintain Bill of Materials as required
  • Review of Backorder requests daily
  • Receipt and invoice of overseas shipments promptly
  • Review and update supplier pricing
  • Manage the return process for all warranty returns
  • Follow up supplier queries and stock discrepancies promptly
  • Setup of New Part Codes in accordance with company guidelines
  • Preparation of accurate reports for decision making
About You

  • Previous logistics or inventory experience is desirable
  • An eye for detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Superior customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Well-developed numerical skills
  • Reliable and punctual
