About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent as we expand our team. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will grasp their requirements, devise effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate journey from beginning to end.

You will have the chance to engage with various business areas, spanning Go-to-Market, Technology, Member Support, and Corporate functions.

Ensuring that recruited candidates align with our values and flourish in our distinctive culture is essential. We operate at a rapid pace, striking a balance between speed and delivering top-notch results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborating effectively with stakeholders to oversee end-to-end recruitment for all positions
  • Sourcing high-caliber candidates through diverse channels
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to evaluate their qualifications and suitability for the role
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings to extending offers
  • Maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate information
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and talent acquisition best practices
  • Contributing to employer branding initiatives to showcase Sonder's company culture and values
  • Assisting in developing our Talent roadmap for FY25 to enhance our function continuously

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or recruitment role
  • A comprehensive understanding of the entire recruitment life cycle
  • Experience in recruiting for a diverse range of positions across various industries
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills with a proven track record of attracting top talent
  • Experience with Greenhouse is highly beneficial
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
