The role:

An exciting new role that encompasses the best of both worlds across community management and stakeholder liaison nestled within commercial real estate.

As a Workplace Experience Manager, you will look to proactively create an experience for all those who not only call the building their workplace but also to guests, clients, and the general public walking through.

With vibrant new initiatives as well as feedback from key stakeholders, this role plays a vital part in ensuring the workplace goes beyond just a place of work.

This role is 60% content creation and 40% events management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Establish a reputable rapport with tenants and visitors.
  • Participate in design thinking workshops to develop annual engagement strategies.
  • Help improve tenant engagement, access, and experience.
  • Oversee some soft services including food & beverage, health & wellness initiatives etc.
  • Work effectively with the wider team to develop and deliver placemaking activations and events.
  • Develop posts, templates, editorial content, newsflash and building updates.
  • Create basic reports, procedural documents and provide regular updates to the team.

Who are we looking for?

  • Advanced knowledge of Canva, InDesign or an equivalent platform is advantageous.
  • Events management experience is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in a corporate administrative role having provided support to a team, office, or senior individual.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional customer/client service.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle conflicting priorities.
  • Intermediate knowledge of IT hardware of AV equipment and general IT technologies.
