We are currently seeking a Precinct Experience Lead to join our commercial team on a full-time, fixed-term basis until February 2025.

In this role, you will collaborate cross-departmentally and with external partners to lead various precinct and product experiences, ensuring the successful delivery of key AO initiatives.

About the role

  • In this role you will:
  • Develop, implement, and manage project reporting and related processes-
  • Oversee the creation of detailed precinct project briefs for designers, brand agencies, and internal teams-
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to bring to life the vision of AO experiences-
  • Manage signage and artwork development through internal Creative Services and external contractors-
  • Develop precinct experiences that excite AO fansAbout you
  • To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Proven experience in the brand and events industry with a strong understanding of current event trendsExceptional stakeholder and project management capabilities-
  • Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal)-
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check-
  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis AustraliaWhat's in it for you?
