Client Account Manager - Professional Beauty Sector

Location: flexible across UK however ideally based Midlands or Southeast England (Home based with travel)

Permanent role - full and part time options available

Salary in the region of £45-50k, with car allowance, client or company bonus scheme, private health care and more

My client is searching for experienced and successful Client Account Managers to join one of their client teams in the professional beauty sector

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing the senior client relationships and field-based team independently while being accountable for the full operational delivery (P&L, strategy). You will need experience working in a professional beauty environment, ideally with exposure to field sales. This role is perfect if you seek a company that offers outstanding development and career progression opportunities. The Account Managers hold senior positions within the company, reporting to a Controller or Director.

You will work autonomously, interpreting the client's strategic, brand, and commercial objectives into clear and challenging guidelines for the field teams.

- Salary range £45-50k with annual salary reviews


- 25 days paid holidays + flexible public holidays (increases with length of service) & annual leave purchase (up to 5 extra days)


- Company or Client bonus scheme c(10% per annum)

You will manage the day-to-day relationships with your client by directing the planning, performance, and reporting of objectives. Your position allows you to leverage insights from the field to suggest new initiatives and enhance operations, supporting additional business development opportunities. Your exceptional engagement and relationship skills will enable you to adapt your approach, constructively challenging as needed to ensure successful delivery, while carrying the client and the team forward with you.

A significant part of your role involves working with data, so possessing strong analytical and reporting skills, along with the ability to transform data into a compelling narrative, is essential.
