Seeking a tech-savvy Enterprise Applications Analyst to elevate our application operations. Focus on CRM, Contact Centre solutions, and HCM. Your role will be to provide stellar technical support, maintain systems, and drive continuous enhancements.

How you will spend your time

As an Enterprise Applications Analyst, your day to day will include:

  • Collaborative Support: Forge strong partnerships across IT and business divisions, guaranteeing applications align with strategic objectives.
  • Process Excellence: Drive process enhancements and uphold best practices in application lifecycle management, targeting service distinction.
  • Application Stewardship: Deliver critical maintenance and updates, optimizing application performance for peak efficiency.
  • Incident Mastery: Tackle incidents and challenges head-on, contributing to change management to safeguard uninterrupted services.
  • System Enhancement: Propose actionable insights for system improvements, enhancing both performance and dependability.
  • Knowledge Empowerment: Generate and refine documentation, sharing wisdom to expedite issue resolution and foster collective expertise.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate with external partners, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to high service standards.
  • Continuity Assurance: Develop and execute robust recovery strategies, minimizing downtime and ensuring swift recovery from disruptions.
  • Risk and Compliance Vigilance: Identify potential risks and support compliance efforts to fortify our business operations.
  • Capacity Planning: Evaluate and adjust our tech infrastructure to smartly scale with demand and anticipate growth.
  • Innovation Participation: Engage in forward-thinking projects to refine our processes and systems, aligning with evolving business and tech landscapes.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Stay abreast of emerging risks and compliance mandates, championing system integrity.
  • Solution Crafting: Aid in the creation of scalable, practical tech solutions that resonate with our business imperatives.
  • Performance Insights: Monitor and report on application metrics, leveraging data to drive enhancements and strategic decisions.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all applications perform flawlessly, through proactive oversight and timely action.

What you will bring

Essential

  • Experience in application support, tech or financial services preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM, Genesys Cloud, HCM, and banking systems; adept in IT service management, best practices, incident resolution, and compliance.
  • IT infrastructure, cloud services, SDLC, and financial industry regulations.
  • ITIL 4, COBIT, CISM desirable.
  • Adaptable, customer-focused, analytical, and collaborative.
  • Bachelor's in computer science, IT or related.
