The Role: The Service Manager for Insurance Administration, Exits, and Underwriting is responsible for leading the Insurance Services teams that support clients, members, and claimants throughout the insurance process. They have overall accountability for both direct and indirect reports. The main focus lies on managing payments, exits, and underwriting.

- Maintain compliance with regulations and risk management
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency

- Ensure regulatory compliance and controls are in place
Experience & Personal Attributes
- Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in life insurance, ideally in claims or underwriting
- Engagement with senior stakeholders
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
