Role Highlights:

  • Strategic Impact: As a Finance Business Partner, you'll provide high-quality financial guidance, interpreting business needs, and steering the strategic path to create value;
  • Key Enabler: Reporting through the Senior Manager Business Finance, you'll be a driving force in achieving Power and Water Corporation's core business objectives; and
  • Leadership Expertise: Bring your extensive accounting experience, high-level business acumen, and leadership skills to strategically manage priorities and communicate financial results effectively.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Postgraduate qualifications in a related discipline, complemented by Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant membership;
  • Senior level leadership, financial advisory, technical, analytical, and collaborative skills with the ability to strategically interpret and manage the business, political and organisational environment;
  • High level business acumen with proven ability to strategically manage competing demands and priorities, to work effectively in a commercial environment;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting concepts and their practical application; and
  • Superior people skills, with proven experience in managing successful teams.
