Your new role:

Your responsibilities:

  • Implementing the service package & its supports in accordance with the DCJ requirements
  • Supporting the regional team in local problem solving and collaborating with various stakeholders
  • Ensuring homelessness and housing services, including case management and outreach functions, are operating effectively
  • Driving continuous improvement by analysing outcomes and impact to enhance services and programmes
  • Codesigning services and programmes with the people we serve
  • Meeting the expectations of government partners for the delivery of homelessness and housing to the community
  • Implementing decisions to optimise service mix
  • Ensuring a safe working environment for members, staff, and volunteers by implementing workplace health & safety practices
  • Establishing effective risk management protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant requirements

You will need:

  • A passion for making a difference and the ability to lead & inspire teams.
  • Experience in management positions in human services ,with the development and delivery of outcomefocused services.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, youth work, community services, or management
  • Sound knowledge of the specific service industry requirements related to homelessness
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
