Your Role:

You will be part of the L1 Risk and Compliance team within the Colonial First State, Superannuation & Investments (S&I) business unit. This team is responsible for delivering great superannuation, pension, and investment products to customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving the coordination and preparation of a company-wide risk assessment for the new digital platform
  • Supporting risk execution across various areas including product, digital, tech, operations, and distribution
  • Providing oversight and challenge on decisions, processes, and controls enhancement
  • Facilitating Risk Working Groups and completing Risk & Compliance Assessments
  • Effectively managing stakeholders and supporting the business in implementing controls for better outcomes
  • Managing root cause analysis and implementing control improvements
  • Delivering daily work activities as directed and adhering to the CFS Code of Conduct

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Risk Management and Compliance within the Superannuation and Investments industry
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and obligations management
  • Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and use data-driven insights to solve problems
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or industry experience
