Join our Brisbane team at Findex as a Client Services Coordinator and help us deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.

What will your typical week look like?

Communicate with advisors, partners, and staff to ensure exceptional service delivery to support them in servicing client requests. Deliver a high level of client care in all tasks required. Perform administrative tasks such as invoicing and WIP management, ATO processing and correspondence, and support Advisors, Partners and staff in presenting work to their clients. Assist in driving a supportive team culture.

Strong skills in client and stakeholder relationship management Accounting experience in public practice or established commercial organisation desired. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques Highly skilled in task prioritisation and coordination Proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire for continual learning and development Desire to progress into managing a team
