The Opportunity


We currently have an opportunity available for an Client Service Coordinator (Front of House Coordinator) to join our Brisbane, Ann Street office on a permanent full time basis.

The role of the Client Service Coordinator is varied, with the following three areas of main responsibility;

  • Managing Front of House
  • Overseeing Facilities & Maintenance
  • General administrative duties


You will play a pivotal role within our Ann Street office, ensuring that all duties are carried out proactively and professionally.

About You
To be successful in this role you will display some of the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to support stakeholders at all levels and with a high level of professionalism
  • Time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise workload
  • Use initiative and follow through on requests
  • Ability to work under pressure and cope with changing priorities. Flexibility and adaptability (work practices and hours)
  • Energy and enthusiasm, with a strong "cando" attitude
