The Company
Our client is a highly regarded, fast-growing professional services organisation with offices across Australia.
After doubling in size over the last 12 months, they now have a newly created position to work in their head office and assist in the Service Delivery Team.
The Role
Reporting to the Support Services Manager, this position is responsible for being the primary point of contact between the firm's clients and internal teams and is a core part of the Business Development team.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients and colleagues before, during and after each engagement.
- Understanding the requirements of each engagement to maximise successful outcomes.
- Manage project expectations and scope.
- Assist with business development by preparing proposals, negotiating terms and conditions, closing deals and preparing confirmations of engagement.
- Ad hoc administration tasks.
About You
- Have demonstrated experience in a professional/client services environment.
- Knowledge of tendering and bid management process is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong office administration skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with a high level of attention to detail.
