The cases include fairly minor injuries through to those that are more complex and a mix of physical and psychological injuries.


The role provides autonomy and some travel to spend time with key clients as you act as the specialist providing RTW plans for their injured workers.


Step away from an insurer setting and work within a specialist broker where you will manage outsourced RTW plans with key clients.


Role Details:

  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders to help a range of departments, injured workers and their managers with safe and effective RTW outcomes.
  • Contributing to the positive culture by providing an empathetic and proactive response whilst working within regulatory guidelines.
  • Supporting with administration, payment processing, record keeping and utilising the CRM system.
  • Assisting with strategising on injury prevention methods and supporting nonwork related injuries.

To Be Successful:

  • Existing experience essential
  • Either within RTW, Case/Senior Case Management, Injury Management.
  • Comfortable traveling to client sites and support building out strategic RTW plans
  • Experience with the Workers Compensation Legislation within NSW.
  • Confident in building relationships with external stakeholders and liaising with external medical and allied health practitioners.
  • Comfortable working autonomously yet work well as part of a team.
