Our primary function is to assist small business clients who are experiencing difficulty in the management of their financial commitments.

You will assist our small business clients to get back on their feet by providing bespoke solutions tailored to their unique financial circumstances.


Do work that matters

  • Provide exceptional service to our small business clients
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Risk culture by actively looking to improve procedures and systems
  • Contribute to the establishment of arrears management strategies, ensuring appropriate balance between the customer experience and risk management.
  • Understanding and following standard arrears management operating procedures, and maintaining various management information systems on a timely and accurate basis
  • Effectively manage a portfolio of clients who are in arrears on their business facilities by contacting the clients, understanding their financial position and agreeing payment within acceptable terms/timeframes.

We're interested in hearing from people who have

  • Ability to make sound, consistent arrears management decisions
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an arrears management position in a major financial institution
  • Experience in contributing to high performing teams and ability to contribute to a positive team culture
  • Familiarity with small business operations and structure, as well as the banking products they utilise
  • Ability to engage a diverse range of business banking clients and build strong relationships through empathy and excellent service.
