This role is to start ASAP & is initially contracted until the end of June 2023 and it could lead to longer term opportunities.

This position could either be full-time or part-time, 3-5 days per week.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Provide strategic and pragmatic advice and support to people leaders on a wide range of complex employee relations and individual employment matters
  • Conduct formal investigations into employee conduct
  • Provide expert advice on interpreting legislation and industrial instruments
  • Undertake investigations and prepare reports and correspondence in response to internal and external requests, incidents, disputes, workplace matters and obligations.
  • Uplift leadership capability by providing guidance and assistance in managing unsatisfactory performance and misconduct
  • Engage with and influence senior stakeholders to achieve optimal results for the business
  • Provide support on internal projects requiring specialist employee relations input
  • Advise and support work areas undertaking change management to maximise adoption of and minimise resistance to change strategies.

You will have the following:

  • Degree or diploma with several years of relevant experience
  • Workplace investigations, case management, performance management, ER/IR experience
  • Change management experience
  • Substantial HR advisory experience in a multidisciplinary organisation.
  • Proven competency in the provision of expert advice, excellent customer service and collaborative case management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement
