Transitioning into a data-focused educational institution is a strategic goal for BKI. In the new position of Manager - Reporting and Analysis, you will have a crucial role within the Performance and Reporting team. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of up to 3 individuals, as well as shaping the strategy for utilizing data efficiently. This involves identifying strategic opportunities, planning the implementation of BI reporting, data analysis, and advanced analytics, and ensuring the delivery of valuable insights to aid decision-making across the organization.

We are enthusiastic about your profile as you possess:

  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing strategic BI Reporting, including implementing best practices.
  • Extensive proficiency in utilizing and maintaining reporting solutions (preferably PowerBI).
  • Proven hands-on experience in scoping, developing, and delivering Data Analysis and Data Science on large and intricate datasets.
  • A solid practical grasp of statistical and machine learning concepts and methodologies, with proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, or R.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and overseeing analytics and reporting teams as part of a broader data and insight function.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to establish relationships and influence key stakeholders or groups of stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work efficiently in agile cross-functional teams.

Requirements from your end:
