Your Role:

There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day;

  • Provide input into the Flybuys FY28 strategy, corporate planning, and the budget process.
  • Translate Flybuys' strategic direction as set our in the corporate plan into actionable strategies, including assessing opportunities, developing strategic objectives, and structuring the strategic approach.
  • Partner with key business teams and functions to provide advice and support decision making.
  • Assist the ELT prepare for external discussions, negotiations, and Board meetings by preparing briefing documents and discussion papers.
  • Join strategic initiative cross functional teams and support the development of business cases for new strategic initiatives

Your Experience:

  • Problemsolving skills including the ability to structure complex problems and undertake quantitative analysis.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly for a variety of audiences, through a variety of mediums (presentations, written reports, verbal).
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management skills across various levels across the organisation (including senior leadership).
  • Sound knowledge of business fundamentals, including commercial and financial drivers and operating models
  • Able to adapt to ambiguous and changing environments, and able to cope with stress and professional disagreement in a calm manner.
