My Client is looking for someone keen to work four days a week in a Account Payable and Administration role.

Family run business who value being flexible and also a great working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Entering, maintaining and managing tasks in our job management system from start to finish. (Simpro)
  • Maintaining the workflow to the highest of standards.
  • Maintaining Purchase Orders for Materials. Following up orders placed.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Issuing progress claims and final invoicing
  • Accounts payable and Accounts receivable
  • Completing payroll and timesheets
  • General Administration Functions
  • Be a key member in the growth and development of a growing player in the industry

Criteria Required

  • Competent in using standard Microsoft software such as Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Xero is essential
  • Experience with simpro or similiar JMS (Job Management System)
  • Proven experience and tendency to want to create and improve systems and processes
  • You will be a strong organiser.
  • Confident communicator and ability to effectively liaise with team members and clients.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with a commonsense approach.
  • Bright and friendly personality with good people skills.
