Job Description:


As an Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee on-site electrical work for renovation and installation projects in the commercial and healthcare sectors.

Your role is crucial in ensuring projects are carried out safely, efficiently, and meeting high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision of Work:
Oversee all on-site electrical activities, ensuring projects are completed within set timelines, budget, and quality standards

Team Coordination:
Supervise and coordinate the work of site electricians and subcontractors to promote effective teamwork and communication

Health and Safety:
Enforce on-site health and safety regulations, conduct regular inspections and risk assessments, and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols

Quality Control:
Monitor and inspect electrical installations and renovations to ensure they comply with industry standards and project specifications

Resource Management:
Effectively manage on-site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency and productivity

Client Interaction:
Engage with clients and stakeholders, offering regular updates on project progress and addressing any on-site issues or concerns

Problem Solving:
Swiftly identify and resolve on-site challenges to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth project flow

Documentation:
Maintain accurate site records, such as progress reports, daily logs, and safety documentation

Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role within the commercial or healthcare sectors.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic setting.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients and team members.

Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or building services (e.g., HNC/HND, NVQ, or equivalent).Membership in pertinent professional bodies (e.g., NICEIC, IET) is advantageous.
