ABOUT THE ROLE
The General Manager (GM) is an essential role to the development and growth of Peloton in the AU market. The GM will lead the development and execution of the AU market strategy.


The GM will enable the effective operation of the global matrix organisation in AU by driving business focus, employee engagement and culture across functions.

They also act as Peloton spokesperson for the market for internal and external stakeholders. They report to the VP, General Manager International.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Drive strategy, Business and P&L performance at market level
  • Set and agree market level objectives and coordinate delivery with cross functional stakeholders
  • Support the coordination and delivery of cross functional strategic and BAU initiatives in the market
  • Inform the regional expansion strategy; coordinates planning and execution in local markets
  • Enable exceptional experience at each member touch point throughout the member lifecycle
  • Lead and coordinate a local Leadership Team composed of local functional leaders
  • Develop Peloton culture locally and help maintain high level of employee and member engagement in the country
  • Is the voice of AU in the organisation
  • Act as local 'ontheground' spokesperson for Peloton, building relationships (in collaboration with the Global PR team and local PR agency) with key local members of the press and influencers in the local market
  • Help definition and implementation of global standards to enable scale across markets

WHAT YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Strong operator with track record of delivering results in a global organisations

  • Strong understanding of local consumer trends
