Receptionist / Migration Admin to join our
Melbourne Team.
Purpose of this position:
- Greet and direct customers to the right team member
- Taking incoming calls and customer queries
- Data entry must enter new customer and prospect data into the company database
- Managing the Counsellor and Migration Agent's calendar
- Assist Migration Team with the Visa file preparation process and other adhoc admin duties
- Maintaining professional standards of presentation
- Manage other administrative task related to office management
All you need is
- Experience working within customer service or reception
- Excellent communication skills face to face and over phone
- Proficient computer skills
- Professional presentation
- Work well under pressure
- Awareness of Australian International Education Systems and Visa systems (desirable)

Salary:
From $45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Adelaide CBD, SA 5000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
