We seek a friendly, organized, and efficient receptionist to join our migration consultancy in Melbourne, Australia.

As our clients' first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.
  • Assist clients with initial inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Provide administrative support to the migration consultants and assist with document preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and processing payments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of the migration process and Australian immigration regulations is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Australian citizenship or valid work permit.

Working Hours:
Casual, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility based on business needs.
