As a Best Practice Consultant, you will be responsible for remotely selling software and services to existing customers, maintaining a sound product and industry knowledge to address customer needs and maintaining and managing existing business relationships.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- at least 2 years' experience managing customer relationships through a customer lifecycle
- demonstrated ability to add value to customers while hitting business targets
- solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre -call planning, call control and account development
- excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain business relationships
Experience aside, you're a strong communicator, relationship builder and change catalyst.
