Our client is a purpose led organisation committed to providing high quality support through a range of targeted and flexible individualised support initiatives including Day programs, Community and Accommodation support services to Aged Care clients and individuals living disability.

Reporting to the HR Manager, as the

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Source and maintain a talent pool of suitable profiles for a range of roles across direct services delivery.
  • Provide high quality recruitment administrative support.
  • This role collaborates with multiple business units to provide high level administration support to human resources, facilities, information technology, stakeholders and the senior management team.
  • At least 12 months of experience in a recruitment role, ideally in the Health, Community and Social Care services sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to prioritise work and meet conflicting deadlines and excellent time management.
  • Background checks including: WWCC, National Police Clearance, Drivers' License & own car, NDIS Worker Check and Immunisation Statement.
