We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the overall success of our establishment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
  • Demonstrate a strong eye for detail in all aspects of bar operation, from drink preparation to presentation.
  • Maintain excellent personal presentation standards at all times.
  • Possess indepth knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails to guide and assist guests in their choices.
  • Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure the bar area is organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Take on a leadership role, motivating and guiding team members to achieve their best.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Understanding of cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
  • A team player with strong leadership qualities.
