scouted. are excited to work with an independent property development and investment firm with a national presence. Specialising across the industrial and logistics sectors, this group has a development pipeline of over $350m as well as more than $3B in assets under management. Their Melbourne development team are fast growing and require an assistant development manager to support the leadership and senior development team members. Open to an individual with experience in project management or development, valuations, and/or as an analyst in these sectors, this role is an opportunity that does not come by often.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the development team in planning, design and delivery of all development projects as well as preparation of feasibility studies
  • Preparation of Monthly internal PCG report preparation and external Investment Committee Papers, and attend onsite builder PCG meetings and report on project status, issues and risks to the Development Team
  • Provide support to the Asset Management and Leasing Team with leasing enquiries, submission presentations, commercial negotiations and legal documentation
  • Supporting the internal and external project managers during predevelopment and delivery phases, whilst building strong client and stakeholder relationships

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in related Property discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of property industry experience in one of the sectors mentioned above
  • Financially numerate, strong commercial acumen and ability to work across multiple projects
  • Experience with creating and updating feasibility studies
  • Estate Master preferable
  • Someone looking to diversify their experience and gain exposure, endtoend, across the whole development cycle
