Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to optimize service utilization and enhance overall value.
  • Offer expert advice and solutions tailored to individual client needs including preparation of relevant designs, diagrams, reports and presentations
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and customers, ensuring seamless communication and understanding.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years project delivery related network engineering role
  • Extensive experience across a range of services such as network connectivity, routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless, collaboration etc
  • Must have excellent hands on configuration or network equipment and advance routing and switching including BGP.
  • Experience in the development of network design documentation (both written and diagrams)
  • Proficiency across a variety of vendor products, such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortigate, Aruba, HP etc
  • Bonus points for familiarity with cloud services (AWS or Azure direct connect), cybersecurity, and video conferencing platforms.
  • Prior experience in the Education sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills are mandatory

This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office, Melbourne based.
