As we ramp up for peak period, we have Casual Customer Service Representative roles available across the following Customer Care teams;

  • Marketplace: Supporting our customers who have purchased with our Marketplace Sellers, our Marketplace Resolutions team collaborate with our Marketplace team and Sellers with any customer enquiries and solutions.
  • Support: Supporting our customers postpurchase, our Support team focus on technical enquiries and troubleshooting
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to kick off their career, or a current student to work alongside study, within a dynamic, fast-paced and innovative space and providing exposure to how a growing, ASX listed business runs

In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting best practice and compliance to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Liaising with our freight carriers to ensure the prompt delivery of all orders placed via the website
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support the resolution of customer queries and identifying improvements to continue to provide exceptional customer experience

To be successful in this role, you should be:

  • A University Degree will be highly regarded, but is not essential
  • Customer centric and willing to go above and beyond to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience
  • Techsavvy and ability to use various IT and cloudbased tools to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Have an excellent attention to detail, with an ability to move through volume tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • A multitasking ninja we expect you to juggle 50 different tasks at once without dropping the ball (we're not kidding)
  • Ready to challenge, be challenged, and work within our highly disruptive business model.
  • Work with an incredible team to solve important challenges, helping to drive Australia and New Zealand's eCommerce future
  • Your role has a lot of ownership, autonomy and little red tape
