The role:


As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our current customers enquiring about their internet banking, credit cards or transaction accounts.

Customers may contact us with account balance enquiries, to change their internet banking details, report a lost card or make a payment.


What will my day look like?
Your role will give you the opportunity to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently by
- following up any issues that arise during a call with a customer,
- escalating any calls to other departments if necessary
- providing solutions to the customer's enquiries through your knowledge of the products and services we offer.
- working on scheduled hours

What you will bring

  • Be able to navigate through multiple computer systems whilst maintaining a great phone manner and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment from home and in the office
  • Someone with a great attitude who wants to start their career in banking
  • Previous contact centre & customer service experience will be highly regarded
We are open Monday - Friday (8am - 7:15pm) and Weekends (9am - 6pm).

We are currently offering the available rosters below with rotating hours and require bankers to work both weekends:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Tuesday to Saturday
This role allows for hybrid working, with a mix of on site and remote working across the week. However, we would require you to be on site for training as this works best in person.
