The Position
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the Brisbane CBD and continue your career in accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing high volume of invoices per day, and reconciling accounts payable account in the general ledger;
  • Threeway matching of invoices and credit notes to purchase order and goods receipt;
  • Managing exceptions report by investigating discrepancies and following up action to ensure a satisfactory resolution;
  • Mentoring and coaching accounts payable team members;
  • Providing guidance and support to the larger team to ensure all work is completed to the highest standard.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience processing high volume of invoices daily with an ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced team environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Passion to lead and develop to ensure ongoing professional development;
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key business suppliers;
  • Proficient across a range of IT systems.
