Based within their Brisbane head office, this growing national organisation has been instrumental in changing the lives of thousands across the country.

They are now looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Team Leader with large company exposure, to support their mission to grow, ensuring resources and support reach those most in need.


  • Oversee and manage the endtoend Accounts Payable process.
  • Supervising and mentoring the Accounts Payable team
  • Processing of reconciliations and invoicing
  • Review and approval of payments
  • Reconciliations for major vendor accounts
  • Responding to and resolving Accounts Payable related inquiries
  • Continuous review of Accounts Payable processes and procedures
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks within the scope of the role.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in the position accountabilities.
  • Experience developing, leading, and mentoring a team in large corporate environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated experience developing processes and implementing improvement initiatives.
  • Must be highly proficient with systems. Large ERP system experience is highly advantageous.
